Our Inspection Process
Preliminary Checklist Review
Clients receive our structured Racking System Inspection Checklist  to complete prior to engagement. This allows early identification of potential structural or compliance risks.
Retention Plan Selection (Optional)
Clients may elect to proceed on a one-off inspection basis or enrol in a 3- or 5-year inspection retention plan offering structured pricing advantages.
Pre-Assessment Confirmation
Based on submitted checklist findings, we conduct a preliminary evaluation to determine inspection scope and required site engagement level.
Formal Quotation
A detailed quotation is issued outlining inspection scope, reporting structure, and timeline.
On-Site Structural Inspection
Comprehensive physical inspection of racking systems, including upright integrity, beam condition, anchorage, alignment, and load compliance.
Report Issuance
A structured inspection report is delivered within 5–7 business days, including damage classification and recommended corrective actions.
